From the start of our buying journey (meeting the sales staff) to installation, it’s been nothing but a smooth, stress less journey. We had so many questions, took a lot of time to decide our final design and the patience of the staff is brilliant, not once did we ever feel pressurised into buying anything and we genuinely felt they were listening to our needs. Due to inflation the prices of doors have increased a lot everywhere. We shopped around and visited 4/5 door shops and we found Joedan to have the best prices with the quality to match. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our front aluminium door and we will definitely be going back to buy when we want to get our windows done. Could not recommend them enough.

Cannot recommend highly enough. From sales to fitting and after sales service, I have been so impressed. They are competitively priced for aluminium and the sales and technical staff have been exceptional - really going above and beyond to work with us. We replaced all of our windows and will certainly use again when we do further building work.

We used Joedan about a year ago when rennovating our house, to supply and fit new aluminium windows throughout, some bifolding doors and a new front door. We're really happy with the work they did and the high quality of all the items fitted. We had a couple of minor snagging issues which was to be expected given the scale of the work, but they were always happy to come out and rectify promptly, and the engineers were friendly and very helpful. They were even kind enough to sort out a self-inflicted issue with our front door that was completely my fault! So I would highly recommend them and definitely use them again for future work. Great company.

Just a very short testimonial regarding the bifold and French aluminium doors fitted last summer. Very good products but they have needed several visits by your technician Mark to remedy some installation faults. The after sales service has been excellent and fully justifies choosing Coastline/Joedan to supply these products but more importantly this service is really a testimony to the time energy and expertise of Mark. I would totally recommend this company as the service I received from start to finish was exceptional. My first visit from Barnaby gave me confidence that he knew what he was talking about and he introduced me to a product that has enhanced my new balcony doors. The installation guys were professional and friendly leaving no mess. I received 2 other quotes and this was the most reasonable and suited my requirements and gave me the most confidence to deal with them. Joedan Windows & Doors really did provide top drawer service. I would honestly give the overall quality and value for money and customer service, 10 out of 10. Very easy to find showroom and factory

So very pleased with all aspects of our installation. Beautiful charcoal grey aluminium windows and doors. Just saving up for the final installation of a conservatory to match. Thank you Joedan!

You did the windows in the existing house in August and these are the extension.

Ordered October 2014 for December Installation. Finally installed 14th April 2015, 4 months late. I have been unable to rent the room - 17 weeks @£65/week = £1105. Also 2 missed appointments - 2 mornings wasted = £100

Fitters worked hard and got on with job, well pleased.

I was impressed with the fitter. He was experienced, conscious and took pride in his work.

Very pleased with unit. Fitted quickly and efficiently. Only problem was sub-contractor, who was to build approach steps. Although 'Coastline' were as helpful as possible. I did the job myself in the end!

Very impressed will definitely have our other windows done by coastline when we have money available.

Graham was excellent a real hard worker and all round nice guy. The windows were good too!

I was recommended Coastline Windows by family and will be using them again.

Door fitted with glass instead of a plastic panel as ordered. Other door left with plastic strip at bottom loose.

Our lead time was longer as we waited for a named fitter who had been recommended to us and it was worth the wait. Windows fitted with time and care. Very tidy workers. Am saving up to have the back of the house down now!

Very pleased with the end result. It was a difficult operation carrying the unit to the work site, an upstairs balcony, but they managed splendidly, and were clean and tidy in their work.

The 2 main reasons for using Coastline windows were (1) competitive pricing (2) advisor understood what we wanted, showed us the design on his computer and gave us exact quote there and then.

Next year we are thinking of a small conservatory. I would ask Coastline again.

Excellent doors, wide variety of choice and the workmen were professional too. Took just over 4 weeks from order and now they're installed. Only thing that could be improved was to be kept in the loop more about the progress of our doors as I had to email to enquire how long until they would be with the company. Other than that, I would definitely recommend them! 10/10

Good product, excellent installation, great workers, highly recommended.

The workmen worked hard and done the job very well. We are very impressed with the outcome and as and when we need more we shall be going to Coastline. Very polite and helpful. We can not fault the installation.

Friendly ,professional a pleasure to deal with. The restoration of an Edwardian house, made better by the sympathetic design of sash style modern windows, giving a period feel with 21st century technology.
