Your visiting design expert will arrive promptly at your front door at the agreed appointment time and seek to learn about your property and preferences. They’ll be armed with a laptop and use the software on it to demonstrate the countless possibilities there are with our Lusso and Portofino collections.

Only with your permission will they take some measurements ahead of a prospective installation, and they will exit within the allotted timeslot (usually around one hour).

Our goal by the end of a home appointment is to have you excited about your impending enhancement and feel nearly as informed as the expert you speak to. They will simplify things for you and go over every detail, from the multitude of handles and hinges in our hardware suite to the material choices you have at Joedan, Portofino UPVC and Lusso aluminium.

Samples can be presented to you at a home appointment if you want to get a feel for our craftsmanship and assess the tireless work and dedication that goes into adornments like our handles.

Joedan will send out one of its experienced surveyors to conduct a thorough assessment of the property to record the required measurements and ensure a seamless installation. Assuming that no problems are identified or modifications necessary, we will then proceed with the manufacturing of the nominated product and keep you notified of our progress, advising you of the installation date well in advance.

When your fitting day arrives, our installers will show due care and attention during the entirety of the installation process, carefully removing your existing frames and clearing up any mess afterwards.
